Sectional Sofa Cover Quilted Cotton-Linen Non-Slip Stain-Resistant

Plan on 4–12 business days from order to doorstep. Your order is picked and packed in the first 1–2 business days, then the carrier needs 3–10 business days depending on your state. Shipping is free on every US order — no minimum spend, and nothing added at checkout.

That's fine — eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, whatever the reason. Email us before posting anything: we confirm eligibility and reply with the return instructions and address, usually within 24 hours on business days. From there you have 14 days to send it back, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours to cover unless the fault is ours — damaged, defective, or the wrong item entirely.

Your money goes back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of your return arriving and passing inspection — the full amount once inspection clears, with no restocking fee. Card issuers then take their own 5–10 business days to post it. If something arrives damaged, photos within 48 hours of delivery get you a replacement or a full refund, and any return costs sit with us.

Every Pinyonhome order ships tracked. Your number arrives by email the moment the parcel is dispatched, and the tracking page shows where it is at any hour. Allow 1–3 business days for the first scan — an empty tracking page right after dispatch is normal. If nothing moves for 7 business days, tell us and we chase the carrier. Not delivered within 15 business days of purchase? Contact us and choose between a replacement and a full refund.

Visa , Mastercard , American Express , Discover , Apple Pay , Google Pay , Shop Pay and PayPal all work here. What you see can depend on your device — wallet options like Apple Pay show on compatible hardware — so the checkout screen is the definitive list. Payments run over encrypted connections and your card number never reaches our servers. Prices are in USD, and where sales tax applies it appears as its own line at checkout before you confirm.

We skip the swap paperwork: return the item for a refund inside the normal 30 days window and order the one you actually want whenever suits you. You get the right item sooner, and the new order ships free like every other.

There is. Write to support@pinyonhome.com or call +1 (925) 492-7645. We're at the desk Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET) — weekends are quiet — and every message gets a real reply within 24 hours on business days. Not sure a storage box fits your shelf, how bright a lamp runs, or what a mop head is made of? Ask before you order — it saves a return for both of us.
