1. Where we ship

Pinyonhome ships to the United States (all 50 states and Washington, DC). We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

2. Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order — no minimum. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout — no shipping fees are added.

3. Delivery timeline

Order processing	1–2 business days
Transit time	3–10 business days
Total delivery time	4–12 business days
First tracking scan	1–3 business days after dispatch

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Order cut-off time: orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (ET), or on a weekend or US federal holiday, begin processing the next business day.

4. Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Track your order any time on our Track Your Order page. Please allow 1–3 business days after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.

5. Delays and stalled tracking

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us at support@pinyonhome.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

6. Lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of purchase, contact us. We will locate the package or arrange a replacement or a full refund.

7. Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can correct the address before the order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

8. Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for how damage claims are handled.
